Help with Bulkupload using GOogle Base

Hi guyz, our coders have been trying to create an xml file for google base. The url is at:

http://www.clickjobs.com/temp/xml/Clickjobs.xml
where the format can be seen.,

Every time i try to upload it in the google base, It throws an Attribute error. Anyone have a proper format for this?

I would like to know,

The proper format for creating attributes, labels etc.,
