I think so yes. You should read the annoucmement about the NP credit.

The domain credits may be redeemed on domain registrations through NamePros or you may use them for your own campaigns on the Credit for Clicks program. They can't be transferred to another member like NP$ can.

They can be combined with NP$ to register domains.
