Help wanted: upload wp themes to themes.wordpress.net

Hi,
I would like to upload a new wordpress theme to
http://themes.wordpress.net.

But my account at wordpress.net does not have
enough permission for upload yet, and it seems
they are not so responsive upgrading permissions
for new users. If possible, I wanted to upload now..

If anyone can upload themes to wordpress.net,
and is willing to help me, I'll much appreciate it,
and donate some small money to a helper.
