If I buy a script or get one for free, approx. how much should I expect to pay to get a site made based around the script?

I've got one for instance that's a text messaging script (purchased from SMSscript.com if that matters), and I'm looking to build a site around it. As I look at more sites and get more savvy with web programming and the like, I'll certainly just be doing it myself in the future, but I wanted to know how much does such a thing cost?

Replied to PM. If you want, you can keep that same design and incorporate it with the script I have to save yourself some time. I have the script on my home PC so I'll have to wait til I get home from work to send it to you. Let me know the fee. Thanks!

By the way, to elaborate on my general question, what I'm essentially asking is what would it cost to set up a very basic design incorporating a script? I can re-design pages myself and would prefer to do so in some cases, hence the question. I'm not accustomed to incorporating scripts into sites yet but I can design just fine.
