Help. Parking "from scratch"

Hi everyone,

so i'm kind of new to all that stuff but nevertheless i have some domains which i used before for my businesses which are already done and i also have some brand new domains which i registered a day ago after reading an article about "monetized domain parking".

I have registered at Voodoo and added domains. After that i have change my domain's DNS setting for sending traffic to Voodoo. But now i do not know what proper steps to do next. Can you guys point me to some obvious actions or at least tell me if i should register my domain at Google and other search engines? or i can just fill in meta tags and keywords and Voodoo will make all the rest?

There really isn't much you can do to improve your standing on Google with parked domains. Your chance of earning revenue will primarily be dependent on the traffic you get via type-ins traffic or existing backlinks.

So as far as I understood the only way to make money from domain is to purchase an existing domain which had some traffic on it previously?

Parking revenue is only from 2 type of traffic.
1. Backlink traffic, user come to your site by clicking link from another site that refer to your site.
2. Type in traffic, user come to you site by direct typing your domain name in browser.

And from i read mostly of parking company prohibit to promote your site after being parked.
