Help Needed: proxy!

I got a hosting account today and downloaded the phproxy script from the website, but I am at a lost as to how to install the script. Advice appreciated in advance.

Simply upload these files to a directory of your liking (prefrebly in its own directory):

- index.php
- index.inc.php
- style.css
