not really, i have one .de domain, which is also an IDN, but it gets traffic and earns revenue.

if your name gets converting traffic, then it has inherent value.

as is, there may be potential as developed website for that market, but personally i see no value in owning it.

For .DE, One In the German language would be a good start.

Biggie.us has been around for many years. So as advised, Park it-up and see if there's some traffic. (something around 300/500 a month+ uniques) would be a reasonable start. If there is nothing there forget about English language in .De (German) unless you can find something now adopted/common in use
