Help: Need code snippet to play streaming videos

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum. Wasn't quite sure where to post this, but I need the code to play streaming videos (wmv, mpg, etc). Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

To stream WMV: http://www.mediacollege.com/video/format/windows-media/streaming/

I wouldn't recommend streaming MPEG, as video files are normally rather large and not suitable for streaming.

Alternatively, you could possible use MOV (Apple Quicktime) or RM (Real Media)
