Just registered few at DynaDot lately, no promos but they are charging $8.50 for .com. You may also try, NameBright.com at $8.03 I think thats a reasonable one too. No other registrar level promos of .com as of now that I am aware of.

Not a big discount and not sure how many domains you can register with this code. But I thought it's worth sharing.
