I have the domain sixth.me.
I would like to sell it within this year.
first.me to tenth.me are all registered.
For now, I listed the domain on Sedo for no price, and on namecheap for 250$ which is almost the lowest price for domains containing the keyword "sixth". For that price I'm pretty sure it'll "eventually" sell.
But if you can find a buyer for more than 250$ before June ends, you get 50$ (or 20% of the base price), plus 50% of everything above 250$.
For example, if a buyer wants it for 500$ you get : 250$*20% + (500$-250$)*50% = 175$
I can cancel the listing on Namecheap if you think it'll make your job harder as a broker and you're confident you can get more than 250$ before June.
If you can't sell it before June, your share is 20%.
