I love #29 and #23. Both are gorgeous, have plenty of color, and are very appealing. If I had to pick which, I don't know if I could!

I really like #32.

#32 looks better than #23 in my honest opinion.

As somewhat of an expert in the field, 32 is the best.
Looks very professional.

23 is very promising.
Its a great idea to replace the common flag stars with oceanstars.
And with a few tweakings could have been the winner since the idea is very good. But the logo itself is boring and the stars do look a bit disgusting.
This could have been avoided if the stars were made to look more cartoonish with more rounded shape and with no details on them.

I would also have pushed to make the stars "dancing" a bit more obvious.
