plz help me in deleting following files in the pic....

i even formated my HDD but these are still there...

my anti virus is also not delting these files...

when i run task manager it disappeare after some time.....

i cant install any software....

hope u will understand....

I didn't look at that attached file, but if you need to properly delete any files use a program like Eraser (free - http://sourceforge.net/projects/eraser/ or http://www.heidi.ie/eraser/) or Steganos Privacy Suite (paid)

Google those files , im pretty sure someone had those problems before
and surely posted it on a website.

after deleting it, use cleanup! to erase all traces
