Hello people.

I live in Madeira Island, most of you probably don't know even where is Madeira, but Madeira is a Island from Portugal that have been hitted by a storm.

Im trying to collect nearly 500 euros to be delivery to Caritasl.

So im here asking for the best ways of collecting some money.

I was thinking using my Paypal account to collect the money but im afraid that people will think that is a scam. Another way i was thinking is using the account number that Banks created to collect some money for help.

So whats its your opinion for the best way...

For obvious reason people are not going to donate to your own private paypal account but.. your intentions are good :) is there an official site you could link to ?

Ye i was thinking that too...

For now theres no official Website.

The only internacional website that exist is from Caritas, an internacional ONG, but when we try to donate theres no option for Madeira.

We have some blogs that are showing some bank account.

For example: Madeira Islands, our Blog and our Thoughts

The bank website in portuguese shows the account number, but in english don't show anything.

But tomorow i will try to contact Caritas to start showing the donation for Madeira, thats probably the best way.
