Help Finding Search Feature

I'm looking a for a feature to let users search a topic from my site that would earn money. For example, I have an article on say a Ford Taurus and I would have link that said 'Search Taurus on the Web' and I would earn money for sending traffic to a search engine.

Is this possible and does google do this?

Also, I would rather not have to host the search page, I just want to send the traffic to the search engine.
