I'm not a "pure" domainer in the sense of buying domains
to sell them with a profit.

I always reg/buy to develop, although most of the time
they remain "un"developed...

Welcome to NamePros. I think you will find that you are not alone, many domainers buy with the intention to resell at a profit but have to hang onto the domains and they remain undeveloped. I wish you all the best in selling some and hope you do well here.
