Hello Domainers!

I've been casually domaining on and off over the years, and became more serious back in 2011. I've got a few websites that are mainly for fun/goofs, but I do intend to make a few bucks on the handful of decent domain names (while ditching the fluff domains) I've speculated on and acquired over the years. One aspect that I additionally considered was Asian culture and languages, as I had lived in Asia (Singapore and HK) for ten years up until this past May. So I've got a few one-word domains that are in Indonesian and Malay (they use English characters) and a few pomelo fruit related domains.

I had skimmed this board over the years, but hadn't registered...Anyway, looking forward to learning from the grizzled vets on here!

Pomelo fruit domains?? That's interesting fancy sharing few of them? .. are you into the pomelo business yourself?

No, not in the pomelo business... My speculation is that pomelo fruit will one day be huge in the West. Whenever colleagues of mine from the U.S. traveled through Asia, they would go crazy for pomelos after trying them in a restaurant or market and many would even try to get the hookup later after returning to the States.

I double-checked and had dumped a few a while back, so right now its just "pomeloshop.com". It used to be an online store based in Thailand and I snagged it off a GoDaddy auction for cheap. Still gets trickle traffic.

Sure "domainsspeculation.com" - Just scroll down about halfway on the page and there is a full list. My worst domain speculations were probably on the cyptocurrencys. In fact, I was a guru at picking the least popular bitcoin alternatives
