I am new at namepros, but i have a lot of nice domains, so i think we will be good friends

I want to ask you about domain Heineken [DOT] ORG.
I think there are no one who dont know what is it right?

In my opinion it is one of the best beer in the world.

It is brand name, i know, but this domain have history from 2001, and no problems... If some one from there want to go to the court, well, will be more easier to pay a little to the owner I am right?

so, i want to ask, how much do you think this domain cost? I am not talking about selling to Heineken, to big for me, but to sell to some one from this forum, for example?))

Welcome to the forum!

Clearly, the name is well known with numerous references on the Internet, but the name is internationally trademarked so you can’t do anything with it, and if the company wanted it (or any other similar domain) they could get it via a UDRP (Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy) filing and not pay the owner anything. (Keep in mind that big companies take their trademarked intellectual property very seriously, and that starts with the name of their company.)

And this is the EXACT name of the company and is NOT a generic term, so there would be no defensible action that the domain owner could utilize.

So with all of the above information in mind, please understand that the vast majority of domainers (on this forum and elsewhere) would not be interested in domains along these lines.

Focus on domains that are free of trademark issues, my friend.

Unless your name is Heineken and you use the domain in a non-infringing ways you'd better get rid of that one.
