Heart are v.fishy bastards.They offer "Free" hosting,in which only about 10 people can visit a month.There domains are also strange,they dont tell you when your domain is going.

Heart Internet are complete cowboys, They offer their reseller account (which I used just for my own sites) at £35pm but the reliabilty is just a complete joke.

Support is practically non existent as you can only contect someone via a lousy ticketing system which, by the way, is in your control panel, which is hosted on the same server your site is on so if your site is down you can't log in to your control panel and hence you're on your own until they've read their Dummies Guide to Running a Web Host and fixed the problem.

Too many outages, Page load times are anywhere from crap to ....well, not loading at all, useless support thats not there when you need it, and limits on file types you can host. Just what are they spending my £35 a month on? (or were - I left them now).

Agree.

Lousy customer support. Don't respond to emails, nobody on live chat, and they don't pick up phone! In all fairness, they always do respond to online ticket system.

Prices for domain name registration are ultra-low, though, so occaisionally use them for domain names but nothing else.

Exceptional service

Great service, very quick and polite but their web-site lets them down. It is custom-built and has several bugs so support often had to put things right. Good prices with a free web-hosting option.
