My thinking is, there are tens of thousands of hospitals not on the Web yet. And one of them will be looking for a short, catchy .com at some point.

Am I on the right track, or completely lost?

The name looks more like a directory type name rather then a specific name of a Hospital due to the "s" as ko mentioned above. I see it being worth much less mind you.
