On May 6, 2019, we acquired a 25.01% equity-accounted investee, LLC “Skilaz” (Skilaz.RU).
We believe that share of profit or loss in equity-accounted investees is not indicative of our core operating performance. As a result of the Acquisition, we recognized the following intangible assets:
