I think it is a decent name, however "HD player" doesn't seem to relate to anything particular in the sense that DVD players can play HD and Sky Boxes and PS3's, Xbox 360's and so on. So will you refer to all HD platforms or will it be a case of concentrating on one product? You could make it an online store selling HD products from DVD players to HDMI cables. Could be very good developed.

I'm not too experienced in appraisals. However I would say domain undeveloped would be mid $XX. Developed at least mid-high $XXX for resale. If you can get a good customer base set up an FAQ's database get SSL for your customer's safety when pruchasing (can be bought from GoDaddy from as little as $50 or so). Also get some affiliates and Adsense on it to get some extra revenue. Also if you have the money then buy search engine submission from around $200 per year on GoDaddy. Make sure your hosting has a good sized/unlimited bandwidth too. I would say if it all goes well you could sell to an end user for high $X,XXX to low $XX,XXX.

My main problem is how do i do SEO, i am new that kind of thing, You mentioned about godaddy submissions to search engines, never used them for that, are they good at that kind of thing?

I've personally never used it however it is a good way to get on Search Engines.
I think the best way without spending money is to make you site with META tags and good keywords. Make sure the site has a title description that helps greatly to search engines values. I can refer to my site flightupdates.co.uk which was nowhere but within 5/6 days it made number 2 in Google. You have to work hard if oyu don;t want to spend money. Market your site, link it to others, try and get people to bookmark your site(by the way you can bookmark mine if you want lol). We can link to each other's sites when yours is done and that gives more reason for search engines to like your site. You can also pay google with adwords and you can pay them per click on your ad for your site. It ranges from $0.01 paid per click to something like $2 per click so it can be very expensive you coul imagine if your site was receiving a high volume of type in traffic. The best way IMO is to work at it and get it as well known as possible.
