Not particularly likely to get type-in traffic without branding and development.. reg fee IMO.

Sounds like a typo to me, otherwise no real value.... if blue.com sends in some typo traffic you can have a fairly decent value on this name.... so any traffic stats?

no. its not a typo for blue. H can be a short form for something else Highblue/Hyperblue etc. currently hblue.com PR0 and hblue.net has PR2. Both of the domains has only small traffic, around 200 unique visitors per month.
