Having search engines index all your pages

I created almost two identical sites but with different content. They are both news sites and each article creates a new html file for it. On one page I was able to get google to index all the html files where the second site google only indexed the main index.html . What is a good technique to get a search engine to index everything? Thanks

You can't. Google will do its own thing in its own good time. All you can do is wait, make sure the site is optimized for the SE and make sure that you have done nothing that will cause Google to blacklist you.
