I have done work for car dealerships, property management companies, appliance repair companies and even a prominent upper level management company employee. Everything I do, I do personally from right here in the United States (very important!). This is not a bogus, automated "reputation management" scam. All services are absolutely, positively confidential because we have excellent standing at Yelp and other accounts and we are not going to jeopardize our accounts or our client accounts - Yelp can get very nasty - as you probably already know!
Here is how this works:
1.) PM me your contact info and either your company name or a link to your yelp page.
2.) I will take a look and do some basic research to see if I am able to help. I do reject potential clients if they seem fishy, sketchy or high maintenance. I also reject potential clients if they don't truly need the help (one or two bad reviews is not an emergency!!).
3.) I will send you an email (or give you a call) and let you know the price and an estimate on how long it may take (again, this is not an overnight process). Don't worry, the price is project based, up front and no extra fees (unless your situation worsens mid-project).
4.) If you are agreeable, you will receive an invoice VIA email. A detailed corporate proposal will be sent for larger corporate clients - proposals are valid for ten days only.
5.) Once payment is received, we will start working on your project with complete diligence and passion!
My company offers a wide variety of services, so we may be able to combine those other services to save you money or to assist us in achieving our/your goals.
