It really depends on what type of person you have on the end of the line.
Was it someone you contacted directly / contacted you through an ad ( eg Sedo ) / contacted you out of the blue ?
If the first or third .... The first thing you want to do is move it off Sedo
Just look at how much you paid for it and ad a reasonable mark up, it is a nice domain and I would put it somewhere between the previous two estimates ..... But if it is a florist that has contacted you then it could even go higher.
I would be happy with $200. Even if you have an interested end user the name is so-so and they could easily find another suitable one. Don't be too greedy ! Good luck.
My point for selling is this... It never hurts to ask, because if you dont make the suggestion for the price you want, you'll never know if it could have gone for your asking price or not.
If they're seriously interested in the domain they'll have a counter offer. If you scare them off, reel em' back in.
I think the proper spelling might be Le Fleuriste French OVT lookup for term La Fleuriste. That being written, there is value there but itโs difficult to give advice here because you havenโt listed much needed info. However, I do understand why you might be hesitant to do so.
