AppleDoit : Trademark 100%
Handevice: $0, if no traffic.

"handevice" could be interesting for a brand name so may be worth some bucks for an end-user.

But often you never find an end-user and let your domain expire worthless :(

AppleDoit : Trademark 100%!

no, it's not.. any possible infringement depends on the use of the domain in this case

you can safely sell apples under AppleWhatever.tld or WhateverApple.tld or even Apple.tld

imho

aahaa, its easy to discourage by calling a dictionary word trademark infringement.

I'm sure Apple Inc has not trademarked the apple fruit yet :D

BTW, they don't care. because after all such sites promote them. for example. cultofmac.com 9to5mac.com, these sites actually has the trademarks in their name. but they are very successful and famous.

Im also going to make another apple site

Im sure if I start selling chinese apple replicas at apple-something domain, only then I'll get sued for it :D otherwise they don't care as long as its promoting them or helping appleNation

Im also going to make another apple site

..then it would be a trademark violation and you may have problems

anyway no matter how you are going to use the name it has $0 value as a domain ..not sellable

if you are going to develop why not take something meaningful and not infringing

imho

Sure,
Apple Inc not Trademark for "apple fruit".
But I don't think so you reg this domain to sell apple fruit :)
If you don't use it for selling others products like Blackberry, AT&T,...
And you use it to promote Apple's products for free, they will say thank you to you.
In my opinion, I think it'll be better if I avoid these kind domains.
