I have thought for a while to develop it, but have been busy. And honestly I have never once played halo. Please any ideas are greatly appreciated.

First, put on two pairs of rubber gloves and log into your registrar account. Next, select this domain name from the list and find "delete" check box. Click "Yes".

Now pray to your chosen God that Microsoft has not already started scanning your IP packets. Reboot your computer and then write a blog post about how super this game is and how Bill Gates is you idol, etc., etc.

Hopefully, you will be alright.

yes !!!!!!!! ...... they can sue you for using their name , and because a popular name they may just see you in court ..... yep a big deal indeed , i just deleted msnpctv and yahoopctv because i dont wont to be sued , i regged these names a few years ago and should have known better , just not worth it , live and learn ... then move on

If you could come up with some other use for the term "Halo", you might be alright. You could make a site about angels or a paranormal site about the photographic Halo phenomenon. If it were me, I'd just delete it.

There are loads of sites that have the name "halo" in it, for example, Halo3Forum.com

They've never been sued.

Don't worry about anything; keep the domain.
