I don't have an appraisal for it, but 50 year mortgages are the newest thing in mortgages. With home prices dropping because of all the false inflation over the years, the mortgage companies have decided to start offering 50 year mortgages to deflate the monthly mortgage payments. The majority of people only stay in a house for 5 years and then sell it so there really aren't that many people that stick around to pay the whole mortgage in the alloted time. I think the domain is alright but first the 50 year mortgage has to stick, right now there are only a handful of banks offering this type of mortgage. I wouldn't be surprised if this (50 year mortgages) and ITIN mortgages would become big business in the next few years.
