Hainan is a major tourist destination in Asia and a Chinese province

This one caught my eye instantly as I got hainan.tv. I appraise it at mid $$$, but if I were you I would hold it for a year or three to cash in at the Chinese olympic games, during these games the world's eye is focussed at China and this will give your Chinese GEO some extra attention IMO.
