Hi Dude, ​ We’re writing to inform you of a security incident involving one of Ndax’s third-party service providers, Sumsub. As an Ndax customer whose information was shared with SumSub, we are writing to inform you that there may have been unauthorized access to your personal information.​ What Happened?​ ​ Ndax relies on a third-party service provider, SumSub, to provide Ndax with identity verification and know-your-client (KYC) services. On February 2, 2026, SumSub notified Ndax and other Sumsub customers of a data security incident it detected on January 22, 2026, affecting personal information associated with a limited number of customer accounts. We are writing to inform you that your information may have been impacted. On learning of the incident, Ndax took immediate steps to investigate, including by initiating its own incident response plan and retaining external cybersecurity experts. We are also working with SumSub to better understand the incident and the scope of its impact. We would like to emphasize that there is no indication that the incident has compromised Ndax’s systems.
