it's sweet to pronounce.
It's brandable and friendly
It's short and memorable
And finally it contains the universally Known 'GYM' keyword.

I'm looking to sell it at about 10,000 -20,000 USD and above ...

I personally don't like this name but it could get accepted in one of the brandable marketplaces, as others have said. Try that.
