It's an established site I haven't done a lot with and almost no ongoing work.

Guitar Hero is an ongoing game franchise that is one of the largest in the industry. A New Guitar Hero themed game come out several times a year.

Could you expand a little on this? I am looking the Newb section and finding very little regarding exactly what "TM issues" means in terms of my ability to sell the domain.

I've had this domain for almost 2 years now, and have driven affiliate traffic to various vendors of the games. I was actually contacted by the affiliate manager at the owner of "Guitar Hero" and he wanted me to push the games through their site even more.

Considering the longevity I've had the domain without any issues from them... does a sale have any value or is it just something people won't want to deal with?

I don't think someone would want to deal with the hassle of a TM , specially with such a hot commodity as the Guitar Hero brand, my best vice is park it, get some money back with some traffic, then - dump it - IMO
