The domain i would like to appraisal is guest.ae. Please consider that hospitality is one of the best business in UAE (.ae).

I think you will struggle with this one, even though its not a bad keyword, .ae names are tough to sell. I have owned Pizza.ae, Flights.ae and Travel.ae and I couldn't even find a home for those names

Since i'm resident in UAE it was natural for me to explore .ae domains.
Really you had issues selling those? Maybe years ago, i guess now pizza.ae should be quite requested.

I also own italia.ae, i guess it will be more or less the same.

Yes, and this was between 2 and 5 years ago, companies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi were just not interested, I approached all the major Travel, Tourism, Airlines etc and the largest Pizza companies with no interest at all

Im still holding onto Golf.ae as that has had the most interest over the years

Guest.mobi sold for $600, back in 2011. If you can find a buyer for this extension, I think it's safe to expect, at least, mid $xxx for it.

Did you manage to sell these domains ? I also own a few .ae domains and have been struggling to sell it. I own WeightLoss.ae .

I did sell them but more to .ae domain investors than real end-users
