Hey John - Cool Contest!

I want to donate 94 NP$ to the contest.

I havent followed racing very much but have definitely went to a couple of live races and they were a friggen blast!

We used to have a CART racing track right on the outskirts of Chicago.
It was called the Chicagoland Speedway. Thety hosted the Target 500.

I went pre-race with a coupla buddies who were die-hard race fans so we went there early and I brought my son. We got some autographs and pix w/a coupla drivers. I remember meeting Paul Tracy and he was a very cool dude, gave my son a great autograph, and I think a picture too.

Well the one thing I most remember about that race was Paul Tracy was an extremely aggressive driver. He actually caused a crash w/Andretti that became quite the hot topic after that race. Here is a link I just found about that crash.

lol..Well I just added two more sleigh dogs to my dog sled, so if Wendy takes a ride with me, it will be on a 8 dog team (that like a stretch lime in my neck of the wood) and rarely does anyone get to ride in one of those babies..

I love the crash idea...I really do!

It will def work if a driver crashes into the wall...but I would assume most crashes would involve 2 drivers so how would you pick which driver will win the $100. Split it between both maybe?

If it is based off of who causes the crash, my guy Paul Tracy will win! lol

Odds are it will be a single car brush against the wall. Also the person that "bumps" into another car often just keeps racing and the bumped person wrecks.

I think the unlucky person that gets crashed into would be the funny pick, but NN will make the call and ill watch the race and make the decision. Ill ask him if he doesnt post it here in a day or so.

I miss the Nigel days (mostly in formula 1) Nigel long retired. The first number is the place the driver starts the race. Since there three per row your guy will start in the middle of the thrid row. The other number is the best 4 lap average they did in qualifing. Its in miles per hour thats why it looks nutty to you lol. Its 225 miles per hour. The fastest I have ever experienced was 100 miles per hour.
