I think this is one of those domains with a huge development potential, but can't be properly appraised without any website on it.
It's not worthless, but the price would depend on how strong is the willing to develop a website on the buyer side.

Thanks @RU and @matrigaldo!

Adam Dicker valued it at $2k-3k.

If anyone wants to join in our training with him, PM me.
It's on facebook and it's free.

Thanks

Adam Dicker valued it at $2k-3k.
.
And that was just his 10 second quickie appraisal, and should be taken with a grain of salt, not as a definite 'value'.

The term gtld is known only by domainers and registrars, more generally by people involved with domain names. For the average public, gtld doesn't mean anything. So this is clearly a domain geared toward the domain industry. There are already several websites reporting domain sales, so I don't know what to do with this domain. Personally, I don't see any potential buyers here. Unless you develop, the value is nil in my view, but is there any point developing it - I doubt. Good luck.

I realize that. Still, I value Adam's opinion. He took his own time to help us out. Thanks.

To state the obvious... I am a domainer, and was a member of the average public. So, those perspectives are not strange to me...
I like domains that are geared toward the domain industry. At least as much as ones that are geared towards other profitable niches.
I see it as a sales outlet, like DomainNameSales.com, not as a reporting site. Thanks.

Assuming Adam Dicker did appraise that domain at $2k to $3k, then I'd disagree with him completely.

Domainers rarely pay $2k for domains about domains, and this domain has no appeal outside of domainers as buyers and domainers as customers. On the whole, this domain isn't a very strong option. So I don't see it being one of the $2k rarities.

TLDSales.com would be MUCH stronger. "gTLD" is both too broad and too limiting. It's too broad because it includes .COM, .NET, .ORG, and other established gTLDs. And it's too narrow because it excludes country codes (ccTLDs).

Also, as people have mentioned, there are already many websites reporting on sales. So that business model isn't likely to prove competitive for a new site. The only alternative is to use "sales" in the sense of outreach. But "gTLD" means nothing to non-domainer consumers.

Try to sell this domain to a domainer, and expect to get few, if any, offers above $250.
