I couldn't find a direct end user on Google, myself.
however, you may have a better vision with the name probably.
I was amazed to see some of the sales with "question" keyword in namebio.
Answerstoquestions.com sold for $2250 recently.
If you look at the pattern of reported sales with this keyword, it is slow but the average cost is good.

I don't mean to spam, but if I were you, I would just send a small mail to the buyers of these names and politely ask if they are interested. If they do, I would sell it comfortably at mid xxx.

However, to be honest, I don't find the name marketable directly and so, would have to say xx until then.
