Anyone can come up with some coin related to the sex industry.
the few I have seen like sexcoin?
Are only listed at one exchange, and not much of a market for them right now.
Groincoin is listed at several exchanges and there already is a market for them.

Lol just saw this post, although catchy its not "listed at several exchanges". Ive been pretty much immersed in trading cryptos now for a while and I can say if its not listed at bittrex, cryptsy, c-cex or mintpal its definitely not going anywhere. no offense iowa u still the man...

There are so many exchanges for all bitcoins and alt coins, that I should list them all on my blog.
Some exchanges come and go (for many reasons, main one seems to be owners tend to be a bit dishonest).
Some exchanges are picky about what coins they will trade on.
So really, just because a coin is not traded on certain exchanges does not mean the coin is going nowhere.
One must take the world view when it comes to coins.
What is popular in the USA may not be popular at all in Europe, and so forth.
