Great Website Idea !!!

Ive just came across that im keeping secret at the moment becuase people will try to copy it. Its an idea to stop theives online. I have found a quality .com domain name but as you can see the $NP's are low on regging it. The site would be useful to use with NamePros. As i said its secrect atm cos people will try to copy it. Once the domains regged i will let the cat out of the bag!

What im asking is for people to donate at least $10NP to me. All people who donate will become a part of the project and will become a member of the team ( to which the site is about ). Also all donators will get POP3 email address' and will become Moderators of the site.

Also i will link all NamePros sites to it.

Like i said once the DN is regged i will let the cat out of the sack, i guarentee this idea will be very! useful. And the reason im Using NP to reg the domain is so that if this prooves to be a scam the admin can delte my account and all my domains.

I KNEW i hated that guy from the beginning, before all of this, i knew it i knew it i knew it! I sent PMs to people to disregard anything said by him because he just spammed the boards for NP$ and knew NOTHING.

Good detective work Mark. I knew you had it down when we were discussing proxy pricksters etc a few mos back. I hope everyone appreciates the scope of the behind the scenes work that the rockin monkey does, in ferreting out the lowlives who, unfortunately, come 'a sneaking into our house, from time to time. :great:

I always thought better choice and I never was D.j.G. Fan after the crap he went on about the 2012Forum.com Website and the Oly***pic logos.
It was myself who reported him to the IOC about the use of their Logos.

Today's a sad day for me. Betageeks.com ripped off my website - even copied the disclaimer without taking out "vistawallpaper.com"

I sent him an email to remove the infringing materials and here's what he replied:

" Well Sir after checking into to your accursations.
First off the site is a cookie cutter script site. Which you do not own the the rights for because it is a free script.

And from what I can tell you are not Microsoft there for you your self are infringing upon Microsofts copyrights. Noone is claiming that this is their work other than yourself. And we have the disclaimer on the website.

We are simply offering free downloads. And using the net the way in the which it was designed to share information.

If you proceed to send me one more threating email, you will force me to seek legal action against you for harrasment."

With all fairness - he's got a point there. Butchered English and defensive attitude is a different story.

Back to the topic. I myself was at first tempted to get involved (been burned more then once), but my gut feeling stopped me. Just tiny red flags here and there.
Also, even though the idea is noble, the execution is somewhat in the grey area. Think about it. It's easy to brand someone as scambag and it's extremely hard to come out clean after that. Your ex-girlfriend can ruin your reputation out of spite (and she will find 10 "victims" and "witnesses" to prove your "wrongdoings"). Your bitter competitors can do the same for obvious reasons.
Then you will run into a risk of being sued for damages. I'm not partypooping here, just thinking common sense out loud.

Escam.net will be a database of Internet scammers, from E-Bay to Domain Scammers. It will be updated daily many times a day. The whole point of this idea is to give people information to wether there emails are scams or not. A user will simply type an email address or name ect, into the search facility and it will list all scammers if any. If there are no listings the user will have the option to Report a Scammer or Suspected Scammer. When a user reports a scammer the email is then investigated by us, using research tools and the internet, if it prooves it is infact scam we add it to the database and inform the user.
That is the main feature of the site, it will feature some extra features, for example, a registered user can post a comment on a scammer. Star systems will be used, 5 star = High Risk, ect. There will also be a forum thats moderated 24/7.

Alot of work and reaserach is going into this as i understand there are other websites available that offer this service, but we want to offer more then everyone else.

The whole look of the website will be proffesional, and we will be investing on some quality hosting.
