Great Website Idea !!!

Ive just came across that im keeping secret at the moment becuase people will try to copy it. Its an idea to stop theives online. I have found a quality .com domain name but as you can see the $NP's are low on regging it. The site would be useful to use with NamePros. As i said its secrect atm cos people will try to copy it. Once the domains regged i will let the cat out of the bag!

What im asking is for people to donate at least $10NP to me. All people who donate will become a part of the project and will become a member of the team ( to which the site is about ). Also all donators will get POP3 email address' and will become Moderators of the site.

Also i will link all NamePros sites to it.

Like i said once the DN is regged i will let the cat out of the sack, i guarentee this idea will be very! useful. And the reason im Using NP to reg the domain is so that if this prooves to be a scam the admin can delte my account and all my domains.

Escam.net will be a database of Internet scammers, from E-Bay to Domain Scammers. It will be updated daily many times a day. The whole point of this idea is to give people information to wether there emails are scams or not. A user will simply type an email address or name ect, into the search facility and it will list all scammers if any. If there are no listings the user will have the option to Report a Scammer or Suspected Scammer. When a user reports a scammer the email is then investigated by us, using research tools and the internet, if it prooves it is infact scam we add it to the database and inform the user.
That is the main feature of the site, it will feature some extra features, for example, a registered user can post a comment on a scammer. Star systems will be used, 5 star = High Risk, ect. There will also be a forum thats moderated 24/7.

Alot of work and reaserach is going into this as i understand there are other websites available that offer this service, but we want to offer more then everyone else.

The whole look of the website will be proffesional, and we will be investing on some quality hosting.

Ok first off try to imagine it as a Virus Database, BUT.... With Scammers ( will also feature Spammers ).

MONEY: Money will be made from Affilates, Adsence. Another future development, which has been discussed in the past with some software designers i know, is a peice of software that will scan emails for potential/registered Scammers. This software will be sold for a price. This was an idea of mine about a year ago, but had no backing and funding.

I have a few mates who will help out, who are MySQL experts, BUT......anyone who wants to add to the team of designers feel free . Everyone who donated have as much say as me about the website, if somethings not right, or you have an idea, air it out. Im currently developing an Admin Board that is for admins to discuss, debate, vote ect. All in the pipeline.

I was looking at eScam.com. They claim that "eScam is a trademark and copyright 1999-2004 of Lee Lawrence and Fresh Idea." Could this name possibly have TM issues?

I wouldnt think so, ive just searched 'ESCAM' on some TM sites and nothing comes up.

As for organisation, its all in hand. Im gonna PM all of the helpers with there own email address' and account info. Also, sounds silly, but im gonna work out some percentages, all donaters will recive a percentage of the site, which will be in writing and looked over by a solicitor, its only to cover my back in the future.
