The guy who has developed my mobis (8 developed so far, another 15 in process) asked me to let my fellow mobi domainers know that he is available for hire. My experience with him has been 100% positive--he really knows his XHTML, plus he is very prompt, responsive, friendly, creative, etc. I really can't say enough good things about him, and I'm going to keep using him as I continue to build out my portfolio. His pricing structure is a one-time flat fee (no annual or recurring fees) and it also includes perpetual hosting.
He can incorporate rss news feeds, maps, PPC programs, stock quotes, weather, pictures, graphics, search boxes, etc. into sites. Examples of his work can be found by going to the mobis in my signature. Most of his work for me has been on geo-mobis, but we're working on a few other concepts and he can build sites that have nothing to do with geo.
