DE (deutschland/germany) is one of the biggest extension in the world.

Not sure about "great great" but certainly worth having. .de is a very strong ccTLD.
onlinepoker.de was a very valuable domain, selling for about $25,000 i believe (don't jump on me if i'm wrong, my memory is in the bottom of a pint glass), but your domain is far longer. Whilst 'rooms' is a relevant addition, it makes the domain very long and therefore less desireable. With 3 keywords there are so many other similar possibilties:-

OnlinePokerRoom.de
********casino.de
********tables.de
********site.de
********world.de
etc etc.

I think you will find a buyer for the name, but I can't foresee it being sold for much over mid $xxx. Best of luck though, I think its value to a reseller would be high $xx- low $xxx

I would say mid to high XXX. I cant see anyone paying much more than that.
