as for constructive criticism, on the right hand bar, i would put For designers (and then all the links the designers need), and then under that, for end users (and then all their links under that). Link to what is currently in that section through headers.

i like how you cheated and used a table's background to make the yellow gradient work. but i dont like tables. nice site though, colors need a 2nd thought. i want to see the finished product.

A very nice and simple design with an impressive logo.

The colour combination has a feeling of being a bit 'dull', but will do, anyways.

Exellent design, good looking and professional. The blue-green combination works, but the yellow doesn't quite work as nicely. Maybe use a different colour gradient? Oh and one more thing - try and get rid of the blue gradient under the right side nav bar's headers.

Very very nice. 8/10. The only thing that could make it better is a better layout!! Its organized very well.
