Graphic designer needed

I need a graphic designer to create a flashy logo, then upload the logo to a splash page for each one of our domain names.

For example below is one that I found on the net that I like. I am looking for someone I can pay $25.00 to for each one. Knock them out, and load them up to the server. We have 100's of domains.
