It means "graphic design". Word combination "graph design" is not so popular.
Taken in zones: com, net (my domain), org, biz, info.
Domains in these zones used for working projects.

Well... graph design has it's own meaning but it's not really a term that's used. A graph is the plane (thing) used in math that has an x-axis and a y-axis.

I don't think the name belongs under the category of Graphic Design. A Graph and a Graphic are totally different.

A company who design graphs might be interested but apart from that I can't see its uses.
