I'm getting about 2000 unique visitors on the domain daily without doing 0.0001% of advertising. The only drawback I see is that the actual game is called Grand Theft Auto IV (Roman Num.) But I can still see the potential. Anyone agree?

It's noted that this domain has a life for sure, once the next GTA game is announced it will be on to that, but until now what do you figure it's worth to a potential buyer?

I think it's got TM issues
I'd collect the parking money, don't advertise it at all
and if you get the C&D , push to them. .
there are people that buy TM domains with good traffic
I just don't know what they pay, maybe earnings X's 24 months
