Personally, I wouldn't bother with the domain name (certainly not over $60/$80) due to the high probability of future potential UDRP, IMHO. Besides, what else can be done with a single Grammy™ Award developmentally and without running the aforementioned risk?
Just my two sense, really.

basically such names might fetch around 1K from a corporation as a nusiance settlement, that means for a sum less than litigation, they buy the name

it's around 1500 to file an icaan suit

so settlements under 1K are reasonable

only thing by making such an offer you basically seal your fate at icaan

they view any attempt to sell a name to a TM owner as defacto proof of improper intent by the disputed registrant

I agree, stay away from trademarked domains. But i would buy a TM domain if it's less than 10$. :D hehehe.
