The UDRP filed against the domain GrainGauge.com wasn’t going anywhere, as the GRAIN GAUGE mark of the Complainant’s is double disclaimed. The Complainant appears to have filed the UDRP relying on a weak trademark and upset that the Respondent uses the domain in direct competition as makers of “grain gauge” equipment.
