domain GPS[dot]VC - appraise please

Hi -

I'm at a loss here. The .vc extension is all over the place in terms of sales values. Range is anywhere from $45 to $2000.

All extensions for GPS[dot] ... are taken. The .com is owned by MSFT.
(Reg/renewal fee is $39.95)

What's your take on the value and should it be dev'd into a storefront, forum for system owners or offered to potential end users like Garmin, etc. The domain is currently parked with very limited success.
