Please appraise with research,Not by just looking at the names,If your not willing to research for appraisel,Please move on to another name to appraise other than these two.

There's really not much to research. You won't be getting much type-in traffic. Both terms have 0 OVT. Also, searching Google with apostrophes " " , only shows a handful of results, if that.
Also , "master" and "pro" are sort of redundant, don't you think? TaxMaster or TaxPro would have been a lot better, but they were probably taken.
I think both have development potential, however, if you optimize them for their keyword terms, tax and web designs.
As is, I would say reg fee - Low $xx each.

Just my 2 cents. Good Luck with them.

Brandability,Development potential,Possible end user interest???? And btw,When the names are indexed into search engines they will be TAX and WEBDESIGN..Ovt plays no factor in the names as millions of names have no Ovt.And even so...Without extension it makes no difference. But there are other very noteables to be check aswell,Way back...Were these name prior websites and do they have a bad history that would devalue them.?? Google Banned....Are these names Banned from being indexed in google?? Are either of these names trademarked?? And here again,You don't base an appraisel on looking at a name and "Saying:...Master and pro are redundent,Think a second.Would the name not make a top development site or perhaps a branded software??? So as you see above...Yes..There was more to research,Monetizing a DN is not hard to drive traffic to it...If i were buying these names for the sole purpose of parking revenue..Which is not the case. But this exactly why i don't put my names in appraisel section here...But i did get the appraisel i expected so nothing has changed....I appreciate your two cents and your time

I would assume with as many posts as you have you wouldn't have to rely on others here to check trademarking for you. I wish you luck if that's your strategy. Buy a name and then check to see if it's trademarked. I automatically assume that they have been checked if they are posted. As far as Way Back Machine, even if the name was owned before, if it is available, that means someone eventually dropped it, so it adds very little value. Unless, you were to luck up and get a great name someone forgot to renew, and I can tell in the case of both of your names that they probably don't have any history. Hold on I'll check....... I was right.. GotWebDesigns.com had a one pager back in 2000. The other, zilch. I don't think that is enough to merit a much higher appraisal. Master and Pro ARE redundant, and if development is all you have in mind, then Supercalifragilisticexpealidocious.com would be brandable and could be a good name. Anything developed, is automatically worth as much as you put into it. I agree with developing names, it makes the internet much more interesting, and I did say that they both have development potential, but I can't give you a figure as to an appraisal when I can't look at any developed pages. Who can?
TaxMasterPro does sound like a type of tax software, but still the name itsself, unless developed, isn't worth that much. That's what I was basing my appraisal on.. the name.
Anyway. Sounds like you've got it all figured out. So I wish you luck with all of your names.

I myself do trademark checks on names before i reg them,But some don't.A name is only worth as much as a buyer will pay for it,But doing an appraisel does consist of adding the overall development potential,Brandability,Possible end user interest to the appraisel value.Otherwise what are you basing your appraisel on..Rather you yourself like the name?? No....Wrong approach imo....Worth only reg fee,I would hope so on those two names LOL....But REG FEE IMHO is a common response in the appraisels...Sad but true....Goodluck with your names aswell :)
