Hi, yesterday someone chose to follow me. Today I looked up the account, it was opened yesterday, and already closed. The profile picture was of a woman in an alluring pose barely dressed. What was this all about?

Does this happen here? I mean - not sure why someone would follow me - it might be because I have a thread about some domains I own. Or do people come on here and follow lots of people for some reason?

Just wondering about all this. It seemed dumb. Any advice?

That sounds like a spam bot. They automatically perform actions (Posting, Liking, Following) to appear like human accounts and try to evade our spam prevention systems.
